Major-league mainstay Cubbage dies at 74
Richmond Times Dispatch (Richmond, VA), August 13, 2024
Mike Cubbage was an infielder who played in 67 games with the 1981 Mets. He also spent seven seasons as a Mets coach in the 1990s, and was the club's interim manager after Bud Harrelson was fired near the end of the 1991 season. This is his obituary.
